Mud on the Road..!!!!
See below message from Neighbourhood Policing…
My recent very wet and dirty jouneys to Peterborough (A605) seem endless…
@ King Dyke….being as fair as I can the Contractors (Jones Bros) do have a sweeper for ever trying to keep the road free of ‘Mud’ – someone asked…..why not be like the US –
Free Car Wash for everyone…. In your dreams….
It is that time of year again, when the Farmers are busy harvesting their crops.
As a result of this there will be mud on the road. Driving conditions on our rural roads may be affected. And there has already been reports of such situations. I have seen Farmers brushing the road and doing all they can to clean up, but I would like you all to bear this in mind while out and about. I have also seen some nasty pot holes while out on patrol.
Oh the joy of motoring.

Highlights Of The NW Anglia NHS Trust Public Meeting
The CEO and Governors highlighted the main event – COVID-19 – Our hospitals, Peterborough, Stamford and Hinchingbrook are the primary units to treat patients.
COVID brought challenges not experienced before, and so far all units have performed well, there were no shortages of PPE although it was said they were down to their last resources on a few occasions.
Financial was in a good position, the only downside was the CQC report which is contained in one of the slides below.
You can catch up with the meeting by visiting the trusts website later tomorrow…
