Water Quality Monitoring @ Bower/Briggate Bridge

Today I saw and spoke with two Environmental Agency Officers, installing a constant monitoring device (water quality) by the Bower/Briggate Bridge today. It remains in place monitoring 24/7 – they couldn’t tell me how long it would remain in place.
