Do We Need – Another Pizza Outlet
I was a bit ‘confused’ on the Planning Application F/Y21/0533 Change of use from retail unit to Hot Food Takeaway. As FDC has already ‘approved the application’
Looking at FDC Planning Portal, I see that Domino’s Pizza appear to be behind the application.
There are several residental units very close by, and I understand some of these may not have been aware of this application.
Spoke with someone this morning and they ‘Love’ Domino’s….
The building is at 6 Queen Street where Kitchen Transformation is at present.

Please note :- Whittlesey Town Council are consultee’s only on planning matters, decisions to refuse or recommend go to Fenland District Council for either Officers or Planning Committee to make the final decision.
The latest application @ Saxon Pit for full planning permission.
This will ultimately be decided by Planning @ Cambs CC
The public are invited to attend, however since COVID social distancing rules are applicable, I would suggest that you contact the Town Cerk in order that she can manage the number of public who may wish to attend.

Apologies
Having suffered injuring my very poor left leg again, I have been on some serious pain killers for some time and the effects are they take the pain away – but leave me not functioning 100%, some confusion and may say things unknowningly….
Then earlier this morning I had a fall…. again not doing my traumatised leg any good and also bashed and bruised.

NHS Thanks A Million….

Earlier today and repeated in the afternoon.
Fenland Youth Radio to celebrated NHS Frontline Workers Day which would have been held in St Mary’s Church, Whittlesey but had to be cancelled for obvious reasons.
The programme is made up of addresses by myself (Cllr David Mason), Caroline Bewes, High Sheriff of Cambridgeshire and a service lead by Rev Mike Jones interspersed with popular music. The programme lasts for half an hour.
