What can I say – another ‘fantastic group’ of Volunteers – last night 10 NHW Co-ordinators attended our first meeting this year. We were joined by Charlotte Chittenden the Social Prescribing Link Worker at The Jenner Health Centre.
Our forward vision is to help those who maybe – ‘Isolated – Vulnerable – Lonely’ and supporting if they so wish.
Remember we promote the group as not being a good neighbour, but being a better neighbour.

A lady with visual impairment and guide dog had great difficulty – A very inconsiderate and illegal parker on Peterborough Road.
A pram or mobility scooter can not get by without passing into the oncoming traffic….
Of course there is little or no paint left on the road – there are double yellow lines somewhere.

Today filled my car up for the first time in 6 weeks, trying to max the petrol voucher we had from Sainsburys @ 7p/Ltre off….£98.21 before the discount.
I did hear that a Transit Man (Diesel) nearly clocked £200:00 on a fill up (2 Tanks)
