Here are some tips to help you:

  • Avoid leaving your tools unattended in your vehicles overnight.
  • Keep your vehicle locked at all times, and park in a secure, well-lit area whenever possible.
  • Consider investing in additional security measures, such as steering wheel locks, alarm systems, or vehicle trackers to deter thieves.
  • Mark your tools with a unique identifier, such as your name or postcode. You can also register your tools at: www.immobilise.com to help us identify owners of recovered stolen tools.
  • Remember, if you see any suspicious activity, especially near you vehicle, report it to us as soon as possible.

We take tool theft very seriously, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to prevent it. However, we need your help too.

Todays Councillor Events….

Some may ‘think’ we loaf around doing not a great deal…there are not many days where the public rightly ask questions or help – that what we should be here for.

Today, I met with County Councillor David Connor to visit a resident on Church Street, issues with the state of the road and the for-ever HGV issues.

Afterwards I went to see about ‘Pothole’ issues, almost a daily report.

A quick look into St Andrews Parish Hall for their Coffee morning and then to Peterborough to see a a manager at

Peterborough City Hospital – where I will help carry out another patients audit this month.

As a ‘newly’ elected Councillor for Fenland a shed full of paperwork to complete.

No chance to get bored then…..Ah I wonder what tomorrow will bring…..More Potholes for sure…..

More Vandalism – Will It Ever Stop

After spending the best part of 6 hours (no thanks required) yesterday myself and 2 friends kept the Manor Field pretty free of Litter/Rubbish during and after the Coronation Music Event.

After we had left the miscreants turned over 3 of the full bins which meant the Street Cleaner and a volunteer this morning had to clear it up again…..

More grafitti…. Bowls Club and a damaged tree Aliwal Road.
