Thanks to RS for the following:- Cambridgeshire CC has a reporting tool for highways at :- https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/residents/travel-roads-and-parking/roads-and-pathways/roadworks-and-faults/ This will also provide fault report tracking.
