Inspirational – Farewell To Capt Tom
Like most of us, Capt Tom came along and gave an inspirational message to the whole country. Many local people and organisations joined in raising funds.
I include another wonderful boy whole I am proud to have supported ‘Tony Hudgell’ who was also moved by Capt Tom and has raised in excess of £1.3 million – a heart rendering story.

Update on A605 Traffic Controls Near KD X
Further to my last post there has been an update this afternoon, I am sure everyone appreciates that the works for the Kings Dyke Crossing is a mulit-million pound project and everything is planned ahead.
Originally the works to the A605 was going to take place for 5 days from the 01st March.
This has now been changed to Monday 08th March and the traffic controls will be in place between 09:30 and 15:30 – they will be manually controlled.
If there are any further updates – I’ll post up here.

Good News A605 Traffic Lights Postponed
The planned road works on the A605 for the Kings Dyke crossing due to take place on Monday 01st March has been postponed, this is due to there being traffic controls along the B1040 Thorney Road and by having two major routes with traffic controls at the same time would have caused major problems for commuters.

Correction to WTC Meeting #1
I stand to be corrected in my report dated 18th February WTC meeting, posted on the 20th – I stated that there has been no would be candidates attending WTC meetings, this is not the case, there has been one would be candidate attend a meeting, the other hopefuls have not as far as I am aware. I have corrected the report.
