A Zoom meeting this evening where Practice Manager Mr Paul Crosbie and Surgery Partner Dr Rebecca Garrett attended, involved some of the old group and some new members interested in forming a Management Group representing both surgeries.
Mrs Alison Bacon was elected as the New Chair of the combined PPG Group.

Cabinet members agreed to move forward with The Civil Parking Enforcement program, this will require funding from the Combined Authority.
It is the next step in a long process which could take up to 2 years.

As I’ve posted before, Civil Parking Enforcement is being persued, if all approved over the timetable – implementation around July 2023….

A message from local member Cllr David Connor:

We would like to thank everyone for their patience during the traffic lights on the A605 whilst Jones Bros constructed a new site access. The temporary traffic lights have been removed after the work was completed ahead of schedule.
The site team are now halfway through their programme to partially fill Star Pit quarry. Once completed, Jones Bros will build the embankment and road on top of the filled section.

The two main structures, the bridge and the underpass, continue to move along the construction programme well, and it was fantastic to see the progress on site during our visit.
