Unacceptable parking from this driver, causing a hazard to pedestrians. No one could pass this vehicle without going into the road, let alone a parent with a pushchair or someone in a wheelchair…

We gave the vehicle a ticket and the illegal parking has been reported

I have used the ‘Travesty’ before on this whole site, planners have recommended approval at this forcoming meeting.

Controversial history on this extention to the Showfields site, there has been many occasions that both Residents and Local Councillors have raised objections and concerns.
‘It’ appears that ‘Planning Policy’ is to take priority.
Maybe the Planner have not read this part of the document and its serious implications

4.1 The existing GP practices do not have capacity to accommodate the
additional growth resulting from the proposed development. The
development would generate approximately 139 residents and
subsequently increased the demand and healthcare pressures upon the
existing services..
4.2 The primary healthcare services directly impacted by the proposed
development and the current capacity position is shown in Table 1

Due to a shortage of people willing to support and help the organisers on setting up and ending the event – unfortunately has now been cancelled.
The other two events are still planned to go ahead.
