Help set the policing priorities for your local area

A few months ago, you may have helped us form the priorities for our neighbourhood policing teams across Fenland.

By using a combination of views and feedback from the local community and our own data (from recorded crime), we set the below as the top three things your local neighbourhood policing team across March are prioritising this winter, in addition to the ongoing
force-wide priorities.

Priorities for the March team are:

(Covering March, Wimblington, Doddington, Benwick, Chatteris, Pondersbridge, Whittlesey, Coates, Turves, Manea)

  • Drug use and dealing across March, Whittlesey and Chatteris
  • Illegal parking in Whittlesey
  • Speeding in rural parishes (Benwick, Eastrea, Coates, Turves, Wimblington, Doddington, Manea)

While we continue to focus on these areas, we are starting to collate data to inform what the next round of priorities will be going into spring (April to June 2023).

Again, please spare five minutes to complete this short survey to help shape policing in this area.
Kind regards,
