Why is it, we are being told that very few people know of the Manor Re-development.
I don’t know – all the FDC information has been put on this web-blog (not everyone reads or knows about my web-blog). It has appeared on numberous SM sites (not everyone is one SM), and advertised on local web radio (not everyone listens).
The very disappointing cancellation (postponement) of last Fridays exhibition and engagement in Whittlesey has caused quite a swell of correspondence, many disagreeing with the reasons (elections/purdah).
There are some who are coming up with a ‘conspiracy theory’ (a belief that some influential or controlling organization or group is secretly responsible for a notable event or phenomenon.)
I can only speak for myself….To carry on an try and get the best for Whittlesey and Villages, that we can possibly get for now and a generation ahead.
So I would respectfully ask – those who post on SM – to direct there ♥ to this website or visit Fenland District Councils website.

In my opinion a letter of complaint should be submitted to Barclays Bank from Whittlesey Town Council.
I have already written to Barclays Bank following a number of complaints from elderly residents living in my ward without transport losing this facility

Barr Street Whittlesey is in a terrible condition, it is one of the main throughfares in and out of Whittlesey, it takes a lot of traffic, including school children.
County Council (Cambs) have NO MONEY for doing this road up.
There are concerns of access to the site and the amount of traffic the road carrys.
If you have any concerns, please contact FDC.

Leaflets are going out, with much rhetoric on what may or may not have been done….
However ‘spin’ can sometimes fog things over.
Yes in many respects I am proud to have been part of a ‘council’ that has delivered many very good things to our town and community, but then there are the not so good happenings, which has been well publicised recently.
I stand on my record…and I can write a lot more if I wished.
So would be ‘Councillors’ and present as well (remember we have a Councillor who has no idea on how to report issues)….step up….
