Roy has arranged the next meeting of Whittlesey Neighbourhood Watch. This time it will be a meeting for members and coordinators.
The main purpose of the meeting will be to provide an opportunity to share what has been happening.

Whittlesey South – By Election on July 04th.
I’ve only attended the daytime events, everyone happy and engaging, music during the day with many other events. Today saw the finale of a Drumhead Service in St Marys Churchyeard. Public was a bit thin with only around 100 or so.
Well organised and delivered service.
The event can only grow next year.
Some may say that MP Steve Barclay will be ‘elected’ on Thursday, I doubt very much if his 30 thousand majority is in peril here in Fenland, however, a Conservative friend
(I do have a few) asked what has happened to our Whittlesey Conservative Club.
In years ago – it would have been festooned in Barclay Posters and Conservative Colours.
Looks a bit drab – but again, I do remember in the early 1970’s the Con Club having been ‘vandalised’ by local riff-raff plastering Clement Freud posters all over just before an election.
