Took Some Time….

I have not noticed any great drop in water pressure.

Thanks for your patience – we’re happy to say that your water supply should now be returning to normal.

In the next few hours, you might see us out and about doing some final checks. As part of those checks we might knock on your door and ask to take a water sample from your kitchen tap.

If you had no water from your taps for more than 12 hours in a row, we’ll be in touch within the next 20 working days. Read more here about your right to compensation under our Guaranteed Service Standards.

Cloudy water?
Cloudy water is something that can happen after an interruption to your supply, but it’s just air in the water. It’s completely safe to drink and will soon clear.

Discoloured water can also occur following a burst water main, caused by iron sediments which are stirred up. Rest assured, the small amount of iron in the water isn’t harmful, and the discolouration will clear after you run your tap.
