As an Independent Whittlesey District Councillor, I am part of Fenlands Planning Committee. I took no part in the decision made by Fenland District Council in respect of this planning decision.
The decision to refuse the application was made by ‘Delegated Powers’ by FDCs Planning Officers.
The applicant is appealing ‘against’ the decision to refuse 200 houses on March Road Coates.
The Planning Inspectorate will be holding sessions over 8 days.
