Nothing unusual for ‘some’ of us Councillors.
Of interest to many, is the ‘future’ of The Scaldgate Building’ associated with Phoenix Youth Provision, The Whittlesey Emergency Food Aid, Fen Hands and several other groups.
Last night myself and Cllr Nawaz attended what I’d describe as a ‘scoping exercise’
Attending was Robin Sutton and Bryony Smith (Directors of PYP) and Steph Webb from Cambs CC.
As previously reported, the ‘building’ now has ‘a community asset’ order on it.
Some progress was made, and the need for urgency in respect of applying for possible funding was explored.
