Reports – Public Health Risk Assessment – Saxon Pit

In addition, Public Health is providing an update response into the latest planning application by Johnson’s who operate at Saxon Pit. We are recommending refusal.
This response will be made public tomorrow too via the CCC planning portal.
This response will be considered as part of the Planning Committee’s usual decision-making process and within that there will need to be determination of how much weight to put on the public health response.
