Last Nights Projects & Planning Meeting

At the Community Projects one member of the public attended.
Presently 39 people waiting for an allotment – 4 recently have been allocated, the list can move quickly some months.
Kings Coronation, plans well advanced for events both in Whittlesey and Coates, all support services have been arranged (toilets/security/generator)
National Lottery funding was sucessful on the second application of £7,400 towards the Coronation Events.

It was decided to have a lasting memory of the Kings Coronation by placing a Seating Bench at the Queens Jubilee Wood on Yarwells Headlands.
Cllr Gerstner will follow up.

The most controversial planning application was F/YR23/0225/O Erect up to 175 dwellings off Drybread Road (Access)
WTC Planning Committee (consultee’s only)
recommended ‘refusal’ on Highways and Access Grounds.
