Fenland District Council is currently preparing a new Local Plan.
The Council held a second ‘Call for Sites’ exercise from 28 July to 08 September 2020 providing landowners, agents, developers, and other persons with an interest in land, an additional opportunity to submit sites to be considered for inclusion in the emerging Local Plan.
The Council has now published an addendum to its ‘Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (Stage 1)’ report, which sets out all sites which were submitted to the Council during the second Call for Sites.
The SHELAA Addendum report, along with an interactive map showing the location of all sites submitted is available at:

All new sites will be assessed shortly to determine their suitability for allocation in the Local Plan.
