If you read my article about ‘digital footprints’ here is a typical example….we all leave information, it is a matter of minimising the risk and having enough protection in place.

The origin of e-mail was Virgin Media <[email protected]>

The payment for your latest Virgin Media bill failed.
It appears that some of the billing details associated with your account have expired.

Your service is pending disconnection on: 14 January 2020

To avoid interruption of service we strongly recommend that you login and update your billing details now.
