In-person workshop – 30 September 2026
This is to let you know about an in-person workshop we are running for Cambridgeshire flood groups, residents and members of parish councils. This will take place in the afternoon of Wednesday 30 September 2026 from 1pm to 4pm at the Cambridgeshire County Council offices in Alconbury Weald (please see attached). The workshop is open to any members of flood groups or parish councils, we just ask that individuals sign up so we know how many to expect.
The topic of the workshop is ‘Developing your community flood plan’ and it will look at how to develop a flood plan from scratch, including key things to cover and running practical exercises to test out the plan.
For those who may already have a community flood plan, there will be opportunities to review and tweak it.
