Someone (Again) Thinking of Building 320 Houses On This Field – Think Again?

I am aware of at least 2 previous (failed) planning applications for this field on Ramsey Road (just before the railway level crossing).

It has gone to appeal and was resoundly refused.
Many of the reasons it was refused are still applicable today.

I have all the paperwork relating to the previous applications.

Just as a taste….Partly Flood Zone 3 (Whittlesey just loves building on or adjacent to FZ3)
Minerals Asset site.

Traffic having to join our wonderful A605 at the Church Street Junction.
Whittlesey has more than enough land-banked/planning permissions for the forseeable future.

Leave this field alone – on an average year 80 tonnes of wheat – this will produce in the UK
144,000 loaves of bread.

Sorry for the farmer this year, which was a ‘wet’ year, clearly seen picture below.
