I’ve been receiving reports from concerned drivers using the Ralph Butcher Causeway/A605 Kings Dyke Bridge this morning.
The cones and temporary traffic lights have been moved to the side (probably by frustrated driver/s) and two lane traffic crossing.
I’ve called CCC Highway emergency number – CCC Highways staff on their way, traffic light contractor on their way from Ipswich and the police are aware.
Apparently, CCC highway officer said bridge temporary lights were playing up last night and contactor called to fix. Obviously whatever the problem is wasn’t solved.
