Warm Hub For Whittlesey

Myself and several other councillors have been asking whether there will be a ‘facility’ in Whittlesey for a ‘Warm Hub’ – a place where people can go, to keep warm and have some social interaction. I am pleased to have received information that our ‘Library/Learning Centre’ has been identified as suitable –
