A new twist on a telephone scam.
Just had a call from 01625 406867.
A voice who sounded as if he originated from the Indian sub-continent garbled the name of his company and said he was ringing to let me know I wouldn’t be receiving any more tele-marketing calls from them, and then wanted to check my details.
When I refused to give them he ended the call.
Very crafty, which could catch people out.
