New planning laws will be coming into effect from 31st October.
There is meetings today (I will attend) to ratify these new rules, there is ‘nothing’ we councillors can do about it (good/bad/or indifferent) as is will be the law.
It takes away ‘some’ of the best parts of representing local residents on planning matters.
