I was on the ‘Disney Wonder’ – cruise ship entering dry-dock in Norfolk Virginia.

As these docks were used by the US Navy – everything went into complete shut down.
Norfolk is around 400 miles from New York, but close enough to be very strategic in terms of being targeted, we weren’t – but in the 12 days we were there – Only one shore leave was permitted…..
