For years, the Beefeater and Brewers Fayre brands have been going down hill, I/we stopped going when I was served (45 minutes wait) and completely cold and uncooked chicken meal – No recompense, no apology and when wrote to the group, not even an acknowledgement.
So – whilst I am sorry for some loss of jobs…..good good riddance (Do not rebrand to something else – the ethos remains the same).
No lesson(s) learnt (the most useless term ever made) from poor service Woolworth’s, Little Chef – el al….Good bye – Farewell –
