I have made further enquiries and this is the latest….
“Unplanned switch of construction partner – this has added time to the
RIBA Stage 4 pre-construction work. It means we will be at Cabinet on 14th September.
New builder construction estimate due in the next couple of weeks, with a contractual cost in August to plug into the Cabinet report”
