Just 8 of us, including fallen branches and other debis from the perimeter of the wood, cold and occasional drizzle didn’t stop the small group for and hour and a half.
Kevin who delivered 4 huge sacks of mulch free of charge from Forterra, and removed 5 sacks then delivered them to Forterra.
We are pleased to have employees give their time to voluntary causes locally.
Last year Forterra paid the wages of employees who used their own shredder to recycle wood waste. Kevin’s son also helped and has mentioned his voluntary work when gaining his University place.
