Update – Councillors Surgery Today

Two residents visited Cllr Eamonn Dorling and myself.

First resident had  a multitude of issues…..

1/ The main one being that he had visited twice before and had no feedback what so ever.
2/ Ongoing concerns of HGV’s turning right out of The Saxon Works coming into Whittlesey.
3/ The state of roads in Whittlesey including the junction at Church Street/A605.
4/ Flooding and Sluice Gate issues (Stanground) should be better monitored.
5/LED Lighting very poor, and that at a previous meeting had been advised by the Councillor in attendance, that they would get 6 new Street Lights for this resident.
6/ Ivy Leaf – the Council should do something about it.

We spent 45 minutes deealing with and giving answers as best as we could to this resident.

Second resident – Only general question.
The report has been forward onto Ward Councillors.

This Saturday – @ WTC Offices, Council Chamber – Gates open to the left of the office.
No appointment needed – just turn up, wait your turn….please.
