Interesting information given by surgery.
The national average of appointments per 1000 patients was 459 in December;
the practice was 628 per 1000 patients so well above the national average.
So far as face to face appointments are concerned the national average was 325 and the practice was at 352.
The trend is upwards which is encouraging and with further recruitment should improve further.
( I know this may not impress everyone, but NQS appears to be doing better than the average for England/Wales)
