A605 @ KellyVision Round-About is now free flowing (13:00) and all traffic signal taken away. Broad Street/market Street still has signs out road Closed, did see some activity going on when I went passed.

Market Street is closed just prior to the Library, traffic can exit in/out of Barr Street. It states on the sign that the building dangerous and maybe unsafe. I could still smell the smoke this morning.
