Was This a Set Up – Or a Reprisal

In full view !!! of CCTV  – captured last night at around 18:30, Gentleman parks his car, 3 minutes later a number of males (captured on CCTV) decide to ‘Trash’ the Mercedes, mainly with Eggs, Flour and other Rubbush.
Authorities informed….any action !!!!
