Help With Energy Advice

Peterborough-based charity PECT would like to invite you to an energy awareness session on the 8th December. The session is for coordinators and volunteers of any mutual aid or Covid-19 response groups in Fenland, Huntingdonshire and East Cambs to make them aware of what energy related help is available for those they support.

PECT offer a free energy advice service to all residents in Fenland, Huntingdonshire and East Cambs with the aim to help households reduce their energy bills and energy consumption. The session will go over the range of services available, such as PECT’s, as well as basic advice frontline workers can give to those they support and information on financial support for those in fuel debt or in need of home energy improvements.
The session is in partnership with Citizens Advice and their national campaign Big Energy Saving Network. This campaign aims to help households across England and Wales save on their energy bills through support from organisations such as Citizens Advice and PECT.
