A 20 minute debate concerning replacement of trees and the general layout of the proposed development.

On this occasion (The previous application was for over 55’s)
The development can be sold to anyone, any age group.
The developer is GKL Hire Ltd
The previous application was F/YR15/0716/F
These applications and associated documents can be found on Fenland District Council website http://www.fenland.gov.uk/planningandbuilding

The application put to WTC Planning committee last night was passed unanimously.
(Asked that mature trees be planted)
The next planning meeting is on 24th April 2017

There were NO prospective candidates for Cambs County Council elections present – but then again I wasn’t expecting any? – that shows how interested ‘they’ are in Whittlesey.
(Exception Cllr Cris Boden – who attends most WTC meetings)
