Most of us are not aware of the bank call ‘Chase’ and therefor any e-mails would look very suspicious – like the one below.
In the US Chase Manhattan merged with JP Morgan some years ago.
Chase UK does exist and you can open an account in the UK…

Yesterday some 28 members and guests attended The Whittlesey Society meeting/talk at Peel House. Chair Mrs Maureen Watson gave a very good presentation on Whittlesey in the 1960s – The next meeting will be on 28th April.
Last night we saw the ‘new’ rejuvinated Whittlesey Business Community Group (a slight cha
nge of name) – Chaired by the excellent Erica Cave.
18 Businesses, 2 local Councillors (myself incuded) had a very intresting and engaging meeting. New format/new name/new chair ….a good engagement and networking afterwards. Next meeting @ The Falcon Wednesday 30th March.

Tomorrow morning I am doing a short slot with presenter Robert Windle to promote the Queens Diamond Jubilee event and the Platinum Wood.
I have to say only a very few people reading

There is good progress within other parts of the community and businesses.

Flood Warning no longer in force: North Bank Road alongside the River Nene, east of Peterborough and west of Dog-in-a-Doublet Sluice.
The situation is improving and no further flooding is expected in this area.
Flood Warnings and Alerts may still be in force for surrounding areas.
The River Nene has being falling steadily today (Wednesday, 23rd February). North Bank Road will be reopened once the Highways Authority have been able to inspect the road surface and carry out any necessary works to ensure the road is passable. There may be standing water in low lying areas and fields for several days.
