As of today (15 July), we have made 12 drug-related arrests in Fenland this month.
Tackling drug dealing and the criminality associated with it remains a priority for many of our neighbourhood teams, and information from the public plays a vital role in helping us identify hotspot areas and those involved.

Do you know the signs of potential drug dealing?

Some indicators may include:

  • Large numbers of people visiting an address at all times of the day and night
  • Unusual or strong smells coming from a property
  • Windows being covered or curtains remaining closed at all times
  • Vehicles stopping at or near a property for only a short period before leaving

When reporting concerns, the more information you can provide, the better. It is particularly helpful to include:

  • Descriptions of any individuals or vehicles involved
  • Specific locations and times of day when the activity is taking place

Any concerns can be reported by calling 101 or online.
If a crime is in progress or someone is in immediate danger, always call 999.
