Nothing overly concerning other than Cllr Nawaz as is the norm turns up 20 minutes late for the Finance & Policy meeting when the last item on the agenda was being discused.
5 members (3 Councillors) of the public listened into the F&P.
Mr Gordon Moore, raised issues and concerns about the number and specific ‘Vape Shops’ within the town, and stated that there was and are suspicious items being sold including to children. Standing orders were suspended, in order the Chair Cllr Boden and Cllr Mrs Laws could answer……being the planning enforcement are aware as are the local police.
This is a nationwide issue and not just in Whittlesey.
Note : – The Town Clerk is planned to return to the office today Tuesday 14th April.
