This morning a small group of our ‘Friends of Platinum Wood’ planted some 800+ daffodil bulbs and 200+ snowdrops around the ‘bund’ area.
Platinum Wood is a Whittlesey Town Council initiative and project, it a 4 acre green space at the end of Yarwell Headlands, maintained primarily by Cllr Eamonn Dorling with a few volunteers, the area is being developed into a very nice space, to walk, rest and relax.
