Environment Agency – Permit Water Discharge @ Saxon – Pit Part 1

A very long time in coming, and much work done by just a few individuals lobbying for the benifit of all affected nearby residents.
From my reading, there appears now to be a reasonable robust system in place as far as testing, monitoring, and enforcement (if needed). However Saxongate have issued their own questions and views (below).
Warning, the document attached here will take at least 20 minutes to read and absorb.
