Rural Officers stop car previously linked to hare coursing.
We stopped this car in Briggate West in Whittlesey over the weekend due to information that it had previously been used in hare coursing.
The seven occupants were left finding alternative transport after the car was seized and the driver was reported for:
🚗No insurance
🚗No licence
🚗Carrying passengers in manner likely to cause injury
Hare coursing remains a priority for us, and we will continue to address the issue by targeting offenders and working with our rural communities.
