Having experienced todays utter grid-lock with 3 sets of traffic lights along Peterborough Road and the Ralph Butcher Causeway, I foolishly came back the same way – luckily in no great hurry today.
So as a heads up, if you think its bad enough now, there is much more to come in the coming months with road maintenance and utilities.
If anyone believes Cambs CC in the date of reopening of the KD Bridge then think again?
They’ve never been correct so far – …..
Looks like the motion passed at Whittlesey Town Council to get the bridge reopened has fallen on deaf ears….simple answer – Health & Safety…. until all involved are confident that the bridge is safe to reopen – it won’t……
Well over 12 months of delays ….. and much more to come.
