On a fairly mild November 9th afternoon in Whittlesey, we witnessed a record attendance of members of the public who came to join serving and ex veterans, other many organisations paying tribute to those lost during several past conflicts of war.
I attended as I do as a member of the public and ex merchant navy officer.
