Also interesting talk with Dave Spencer, Housing First Team Leader, Fenland, Hunts,
East Cambs.
Amonst Dave’s remit is homelessness and vagrancy.
He and the Police are well aware of the ‘latest’ female living rough in Whittlesey and have made contact.
Only two other members of the public came along, well aware that some are at work.
Another fact emerged that the PCSO’s had ‘issued over 200 parking tickets‘ last year 2024.
They are busy presently/priority of shop lifting in March..
