A robust question and answer session took place with developer Persimmon Homes today at FDC’s planning committee meeting, this can be viewed on FDC’s YouTube Channel.
After some 3 hours, the application for up to 1,200 new housing in March was approved, subject to access to the site – the building of a round-about to take place before any housing construction.
Reserved matters need to be agreed and this is a 10 year project in various stages.
