The land within the red line is the land which we anCcipate will be included in the application for outline consent. The hectarages for the various different coloured areas are as follows:
Red line area – 32.5 hectares
Ecology area (green) – 14.8 hectares
Site with extant permission for B2/E (purple) – 4 hectares
Science park (yellow and pink) – 9.65 hectares
Lake – 2.8 hectare
