Jail for robber armed with drill
A man who attempted to rob a Chinese takeaway with what is believed to be a cordless drill before being chased away by staff has been jailed. 
Daniel Walker, 29, went to the takeaway in Copeland, Bretton, at about 8.15pm on 13 January with his face partly covered.

Bag snatcher jailed for theft from pensioner
A Leicestershire man who stole an elderly woman’s handbag in Peterborough city centre has been jailed for more than a year.
Police were alerted to the incident which happened on 25 January about midday at a bus stop near to Bridge Street, when the 80-year-old was waiting for a bus.

Fraudsters who used stolen credit cards sentenced
Two fraudsters who used stolen credit cards to pay for groceries, fuel and scratchcards avoided detection because the cards were ‘incorrectly programmed’, a court heard.
Petro Bartkus, of Elborne Way, Peterborough, and Yuriy Batyuk, of Monument Street, Peterborough, used the cards between March and June 2015, although there were also some transactions made in early 2016.

Fraudulent eBay seller who profited from employer jailed
A fraudster who sold ink cartridges purchased on her company credit card for a profit using her personal eBay account has been jailed for 20 months.
Jessica Prince, 35, of North Brink, Wisbech, was suspected of fraud after her employer’s accountant received an invoice from an un-registered supplier.

Have you seen missing Josh?
Officers are appealing for the public’s help to locate 38-year-old Josh Joshua, who has not been seen since Friday evening (1 March).
Josh was last seen in Lynn Road, Wisbech, and officers are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
He is described as white, approximately 6’2”, slim build and was wearing a green camouflage coloured jacket and green tracksuit bottoms when he went missing. Follow the link for his picture.
