All went very well and undoubtedly the biggest success of this weekend was ‘Busfest’ attended by ‘hundreds’ of people from near and far – of course the weather made it all that much better – long lines waiting for ‘Free’ rides to many destinations.
The Beer Festival I understand was also a success and the organisers were very pleased.
The Business Fayre, could have done with more people, but I think with the Market Square ‘buzzing with people’ it was always a bit of a struggle to get the public to move.
That said – the outdoor events (Free rides for children) went pretty well.
