No wonder the public are fed up with surveys and consultations, the lastest which I promoted and spent some considerable time filling in – has been – a waste of time…

Good morning all,
The Combined Authority would like to thank those of you who have already completed our bus strategy survey. We are very grateful to everyone who takes the time to engage with us and tell us how we can deliver the best possible bus network for our region.
However, you may have seen our press release stating the need to relaunch the consultation. This is due to an administrative error where an incorrect version of the draft strategy was uploaded to our website. The one uploaded was an earlier, public domain version that had been tabled at the Transport and Infrastructure Committee (TIC). With this in mind, we have decided that any previous responses will need to be submitted again so that they can be made in relation to the correct version of the strategy.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. If you would like your previous responses to still be used, or for access to your previous responses for reference, please email [email protected] who will be able to assist you.

RG Note I have written to the CPCA about this ‘error’ and needless to said I will NOT be spending my valuable time filling it out a second time.
