As meetings can not physically take place, in order to carry on business Whittlesey Town Council like many other organisations are moving to conduct ‘Virtual Meetings’ – in order for this to take place, the public still have the opportunity to listen and join in the public forum should they so wish.
If you would like to be at the ‘Virtual Meeting’ – you will have to register yourself and table any questions in writing/e-mail before hand with the town clerk.
clerk@whittleseytowncouncil.gov.uk
If there are any confidential items to be discussed – the members of the public will not be allowed to view/hear that part of the meeting (as in normal meetings)
